Barrier to prediction for the under-age

It is not allowed for those under 18 to predict.

How to protect under-age predators:

Your personal information such as deposit, password and username should not be disclosed to under-aged individuals.

Your machine will remain unmanaged when logged in. Avoid using the "Remember My Password" option on your computer.

Lock your computer with a password to prevent or prevent accidentally entering the computer.

This is usually within 48 hours of sending a Separation Request.

What does the Account Closing process involve?

Once you receive the separation request, the process of closing the account will begin. Mainly involves checking the balance of any pending or closing accounts and closing accounts; as well as keeping an eye on any activity related to the relevant account or profile on Game Stream’s forecasting platforms.

How long does it take to activate once you request separation?

This process requires a certain period of work to execute. However, we will endeavor to complete your separation as soon as possible. Typically, it will take less than 48 hours to process after receiving an email confirming receipt of a separation request on your account from Game Stream. Once the closing date for the Account is completed, you will receive a confirmation email alerting you to the temporary closure. The period of separation is considered to have begun when you were notified.

What happens to my remaining balance in my Game Stream account after being temporarily closed?

If you have any funds, we will contact you to authorize or authorize us to keep the money in your account.

What will happens to my bet that I have not yet reached a conclusion?

Any unsolved bets will be dealt with in the event results. If your bet wins, you can contact our Customer Support team to plan on making a payment for your win.

What if I can still log into my Game Stream account after the separation period starts?

If you can still access any of our Game Stream services after receiving the activation contact for the separation period, please let us know immediately. Write to us at care@gamestream.co.ke let us know about your continued access to Game Stream services. If you fail to notify us, we will not be liable to you or to third parties if you continue to bet through Game Stream’s website or on MESSAGE or on our other divisions after separation.

What should I do during the separation period?

We suggest you seek additional help and advice during the separation period. Once the period has expired, we will open your account.
